The staff at Hotel The Playce By Happyculture were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I had an issue with the shower in my room, but they quickly resolved it and made me feel comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The hotel also provided free coffee, tea, and water, which was a nice touch. The location was convenient, with a metro station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city.
